Here’s how it works: Starting from the day you purchased a selected luggage collection from www.cosasunited.com, you have the next 100 days to live with it, vibe with it, travel with it, take a picture of it, whatever it takes to make sure you love it. If it’s not the right fit for you and you have a need to consider refunds and return, here are some things you might want to know…
- Your luggage accompanied by a receipt may be returned within 100 days for a full refund. (exclude less shipping charges)
- Please follow a simple guideline at 100-day trial request or contact our refunds department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning your luggage. Any luggage you try to return to us without a valid RA# will be shipped back to you at your cost and expense.
- We are not responsible for the luggage lost or damaged during return shipping.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance.
- All approved returns must be received by Cosas United within 10 calendar days of the return approval date otherwise the amount of refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated if the merchandise(s) are returned late.
